Olympics Sports-a-Thon Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring BRIDGES Charter School for our Olympics Sports-a-Thon event. We encourage companies that share our philosophical vision to sponsor. ** BRIDGES Bobcat Bulletin has 900+ email recipients belonging to the PUBLIC population.
Parent Advisory Council Newsletter has 300+ email recipients belonging to school's family/faculty population.
 

Advertisement Requirements & Guidelines:

  • All artwork for the Keepsake Booklet must be emailed to Cindy Morrow by April 26th for entry into the Yearbook. Artwork must be 300DPI at its desired size (i.e. 5.5" x 8.5" at 300 dpi). 72 DPI WEB art is not acceptable and will be pixelated when printed. Click HERE for an explanation on web art vs. print art. JPG, PDF, TIF are acceptable files types. We highly suggest that you provide some type of coupon on your ad (specifically one that does not need to be cut out but can be presented at your place of business); we can help you lay this out if you desire. 
  • Banners must be delivered and picked up at the front office (1335 Calle Bouganvilla; 91360); we will hang it up on an outside fence facing Calle Bouganvilla or front of school until June 1st. We are not liable for any vandalism that may occur to your banners.
  • Weblink logos can be pulled from your website, or you can send us a JPG, GIF, or PNG. Web Logos will be resized to no more than 250px wide. Click HERE to see an example.

By purchasing your sponsorship here online, you agree to the following:
BRIDGES Charter School will decide upon placement of advertising within the Yearbook based on receipt of advertisments and sizes. BRIDGES will not be held liable for any damage/vandalism to banners displayed on school's fences. Artwork must be turned in by April 26th in order to be place into the yearbook. BRIDGES will make its best effort to help correct any artwork issues (lo-resolution artwork, etc.) but ultimately artwork may be displayed as it is delivered. Weblink Sponsorship page will remain on the BRIDGES website until the end of the 2013 school year (minimum). Banners will be displayed until June 1.
