Congratulations to our County Science Fair Winners!
A group of our Middle School students participated in the County Science Fair at CLU just before spring break, and a couple of our students left with awards. Congratulations to Kailey Greene who was awarded 2nd Place in the category of Animal Behavior and Social Sciences, and to Hiral Choudhary who was awarded a 1st Place prize of $150 from API Coastal Chapter. We are proud of all of our students who took the extra efforts to refine their projects for the county fair, thank you for representing Bridges Charter school with distinction!

Opportunity to Join our Board of Director's
This coming May, Bridges Charter School families will be casting ballots for three new or returning members to our Board of Directors.  Parents or community members who are interested in serving on the board should believe in our charter’s mission and be available to take an active role in the governance of Bridges Charter School. Professional and/or educational experience is extremely valuable.  Effective communication and collaboration, active listening, great judgment, wisdom and a hard work ethic are all traits we are seeking in future board members.  We will have more details available soon on our website, but if you are interested in exploring whether this service position is a good fit for you, please contact our board president Marcy Crawford at

Fun Run and After Party
Next to the Harvest Festival, our Fun Run and After Party is the biggest community events hosted by our PAC. It is so much fun and not to be missed! We'll all be working very hard to raise over $25,000 to help maintain our field trip programs and buses as well as pay for much needed classroom materials.

This fundraiser is an opportunity to come together and not only provide an amazing day for our students but also help BRIDGES cover the high costs of running a school. Please read about the numerous ways you can be a part of this amazing effort as a volunteer or a donor. Let's give our kids an amazing day to remember!

This year donations will happen online! Parents you can share your child's page or their class team page to help them reach the goal of $125.
To start your child's page text bridgesfunrun to 71777 and join your teacher's team.

Women in History Event Recap
Kudos to all of our Bridges students who participated in our annual women in history event! Bridges students researched and presented to our community women who have been instrumental in shaping our society. The students were very passionate about their research, and many presented their projects in our lower grade classrooms and in our Women in History Event. Thank you Ms. Nicole and all of our teachers for taking the lead on organizing this impactful learning experience for our students and our community!
